Rima is the Managing Partner of the firm , bringing six years of extensive experience across the legal spectrum. On a daily basis, she bridges the gap between assertive courtroom defense and proactive risk management, smoothly transitioning from high-stakes litigation to routine corporate compliance. Her trial and advisory practice spans civil, criminal, commercial, and industrial relations disputes , alongside corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang or PKPU) , and alternative dispute resolution.

Throughout her career, Rima has routinely represented State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), financial institutions, and corporate entities. Whether leading trial court advocacy through to the Supreme Court of Indonesia , navigating regulatory frameworks , or managing contract drafting, corporate spin-offs, and data privacy alignment , she offers an end-to-end legal capability. This dynamic approach enables her to anticipate dispute risks before they arise , engineer high-impact strategies , and deliver commercially sound solutions aligned with her clients’ long-term business objectives.

Rima holds a Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from Padjadjaran University, where she graduated cum laude.
